Per Palm Springs city ordinance, all outdoor events must conclude by 10:00 PM. Music and amplified sound must remain under 50 decibels during the day, 45 decibels after 6:00 PM, and must end entirely by 10:00 PM. For those who want to keep the celebration going, we recommend silent disco rentals or arranging an after-party venue nearby.

Outside alcohol is not permitted. Yara Hotel offers several curated open-bar packages to fit your event. Outside catering is approved on a case-by-case basis, and we're happy to recommend trusted local partners.
