What if I need something after the front desk is closed?
Our on-call manager is available overnight for emergencies such as lockouts, safety concerns, or power and plumbing issues. For non-urgent needs like extra towels, toiletries, or recommendations, we'll be happy to assist in the morning. If you need something right away, Palm Canyon Liquors & Deli nearby stays open late, and 7-Eleven at 150 W Vista Chino is open 24-7.
Are you really 21+?
All guests visiting Yara Hotel must be over the age of 21. We know how demanding the duties of life can be, and we invite our guests to take this precious time away to truly relax under the palms and enjoy everything that Yara Hotel and Palm Springs, CA have to offer. We hope that you are able to return home from your desert vacation or weekend getaway feeling rested, refreshed and rejuvenated, you deserve it.

Is breakfast included?
Yes, indeed! At Yara Hotel, we believe a great day starts with a great breakfast. That's why we include a complimentary continental breakfast with every stay. It's just one of the ways we make your Yara Hotel experience special. Start your day the Yara way-enjoying fresh pastries and a hot cup of coffee, poolside. Delicious!
Do you serve drinks?
Yes, we offer drink service from 11am to 6pm. Our menu includes a curated wine list, craft cocktails, and a selection of beers and seltzers. We ask that you do not bring outside drinks. We've got you covered!
Can I bring my dog?
Absolutely, your furry friend is welcome at Yara Hotel for $50 per night + tax. We are proud to be a pet-friendly oasis, so no one gets left behind. We do ask that you keep them on a leash and be courteous to our other four-legged guests.
Where do I park my car?
We've got on-site parking for guests - first come, first served. If we fill up, there's plenty of curb space along the street. Just a friendly heads up: don't park in our neighbors' lots unless you fancy a surprise tow.
Can I come early and hang by the pool?
Oh, we see what you did there, trying to sneak in some extra pool time! We love your enthusiasm! Give us a call if you'd like to join us early or stay late. Pool space is super limited so while we can't guarantee it, we will do our best!
Can I hang by the pool after checkout?
Maybe! Check with management - we're pretty chill, but we also like to keep things breezy for incoming guests.
Can I drop off my luggage?
What should I do while I'm visiting Yara Hotel?
The options are endless, but we suggest kicking off the day with our complimentary breakfast and then venturing out for a stroll of downtown Palm Springs or a hike. Grab a bite to eat before returning to Yara Hotel for an afternoon swim and one of our signature cocktails before getting ready for dinner!
Return home and enjoy a night swim as a night cap - our pool is open after dark!

Do you offer massages?
We're delighted to arrange in-room massage services from our trusted, local partners. Just imagine turning your suite into your personal relaxation haven. That's the Yara Hotel experience - indulgent, bespoke, and all about you.
Do you have a jacuzzi?
We sure do - but it's a little VIP. Our hot tub is reserved exclusively for guests staying in the luxurious Surya Suite.
The good news? If your group books out the entire hotel, the hot tub becomes everyone's happy place. Just one more reason to make Yara Hotel your spot for your next big event!

Of course! We love when our overnight guests capture their magical moments at Yara Hotel. Snap away - just be mindful of other guests' privacy and the chill vibe of the property.

Can I play my own music by the pool?
To respect all of our guests' experience, we curate the poolside tunes. We strive to maintain a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere.
What is your cancellation policy?
14+ days before arrival: Cancel for a full refund, including deposit.
7-13 days before arrival: Cancel and forfeit your deposit (first night + tax), but no additional charges.
Less than 7 days before arrival: The entire stay is nonrefundable, as it's unlikely we can rebook the room on such short notice.
Early departures: No refunds for nights not spent.
Modifications: Can move stay up to 365 days out if requested at least 14 days prior.

When will my credit card be charged?
A deposit of the first night's stay is taken upon booking. Please refer to our payment policy and T&Cs when booking online.
