Occupancy Policies
- Up to 22 overnight guests in beds; up to 26 with queen sleeper sofas
- Children over 1 year count toward occupancy
- Up to 5 dogs welcome - $50 per pet, per night, plus tax
Good to Know
- We're in a residential neighborhood subject to Palm Springs noise ordinances. Amplified music, DJs, and amplified live performances are not permitted, and all noise must wrap by 10:00pm. Acoustic music at background levels is always welcome.
- We don't provide catering, florals, or rentals in-house, but outside vendors are welcome subject to advance approval and property guidelines. All bar service is provided by Yara.
- Extended lounge and bar hours are available for an additional fee, up to 10:00pm.

Full-property buyout rates include accommodations, standard lounge programming, and on-site coordination.
Planning an event, wedding, or retreat?
Please reach out directly - events require prior approval and a separate event fee, and we'll put together a tailored proposal with availability, minimum stay requirements, and pricing.
Additional fees may also apply for outside vendors, guest counts beyond standard occupancy, catered events, kitchen access, or other enhancements.
Deposit & cancellation
- A $1,000 refundable security deposit is required for all full-property buyouts and returned within 14 days of checkout, provided no damage or outstanding balances remain.
- $1,500 of the initial deposit is non-refundable at all times
- Cancellation 6+ months before check-in: balance refunded
- Cancellation 46 days-6 months before check-in: 50% non-refundable
- Cancellation within 45 days of check-in: 100% non-refundable
