- Up to 22 overnight guests in beds; up to 26 with queen sleeper sofas
- Children over 1 year count toward occupancy
- Up to 5 dogs welcome - $50 per pet, per night, plus tax
Pricing & event fees
Full-property buyout rates include accommodations, extended lounge programming, and standard on-site coordination.
Additional fees may apply for outside vendors, extended guest counts beyond standard occupancy, catered events, kitchen access, or other enhancements. For events, celebrations, or retreats, we recommend reaching out directly so we can provide a tailored proposal and confirm availability, minimum stay requirements, and pricing.
Deposit & cancellation
- A $1,000 refundable security deposit is required for all full-property buyouts and returned within 14 days of checkout, provided no damage or outstanding balances remain.
- $1,500 of the initial deposit is non-refundable at all times
- Cancellation 6+ months before check-in: balance refunded
- Cancellation 46 days-6 months before check-in: 50% non-refundable
- Cancellation within 45 days of check-in: 100% non-refundable
